At Wildflower Cases, we want you to love your new accessory as much as we do, which is why we offer a 15-day return window for all unused and unopened items in their original packaging. Please note that limited edition collaborations and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your Wildflower case in its original box and include the packing slip to ensure your return is processed correctly.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
